The previous business under the transshop.eu brand enjoyed a very good reputation, but this name lacked uniqueness and special character. Several times I encountered a situation in which our store was confused with other stores with the word shop, trans, truck, etc. in their name.
I wanted to create a brand that would be definitely unique, would communicate the nature of our business in a better way and would bring together a nice community focused on trucks and their modifications, because for a long time we have not operated solely as an online place where you can buy a specific part, but we are a place for giving opinions on products, sharing various reports, etc. The community around us is getting bigger and bigger and you can easily quote the American classic "i don't have friends, I got family". That's why we are The Truck Familia. The, because this one and only , unique.
And now I will tell you a piece of our history.
The transshop.eu store appeared in 2018, but our experience with trucks is much greater. We have competences in sectors such as international transport and forwarding, vehicle mechanics, international trade and the production and sale of car parts. Our family's experience gained over several decades provided solid ground for broader activities in truck tuning. We have introduced many products to the Central and Eastern European market that were not very popular before or were sometimes even unavailable in this part of the world. Very quickly, cars with accessories from our offer could be seen on roads all over Europe.
From the technical side, not much changes for you as our customers. By entering the transshop.eu website, you will be automatically redirected to the website of the new brand, TheTruckFamilia.com. The functionality and layout of the store have remained unchanged and are exactly the same as the previous transshop.eu. The e-mail address for correspondence has changed, the current one appears on the screen at the top.
In terms of image, there are definitely more changes. I designed a new logo that clearly identifies our brand while maintaining the principles of simplicity and transparency. Our offer now includes the first accessories and gadgets with the The Truck Familia logo, which have met with great interest, so I will try to prepare more novelties in this sector for you in the near future.
Additionally, I would like to invite you to stay with us longer. I am sure that we will be able to create a very interesting community.
